    but i have a litttle problem
    when i don’t enter anything in index.php i am transferred to search.php. but search.php is always blank. the error message doesn’t come.

    your problem is that that database doesn’t exist, i had the same problem and it turned out i typed it wrong. :-)

    To open it in your browser, you can right-click on the file index.php and open with Firefox or whatever browser you have.
    remember to right click and then drop down to open with: with Firefox, Internet Explorer

    I got to the point that the video says to Save and Refresh, as I hadn’t saved yet, i did that under the same names used here. It tells me to Specify a Server or something like that, could you post a video on how to do this please, and maybe also send me the link.. :)
