In one of my tutorials i used godaddy form mail to send our contact form to our email. A lot of people do not use godaddy so i did a search and found this script. I think there is somthing wrong with the sendmail.php code because after i make the form i get coding appearing?

hello Ali, after clicking on the link (RAR File) it opens a new window with this kind of scripts in it. my guess is that macs cannot unzip this format.

Hey roshim, thanks for the comment. Uhmm tough question, i know one thing and that is no one like gibberish. There is a part in the script that sets the type of text, but to be honest i am not 100% sure on how to add the hebrew part. At the top of the form there is a website that might be able to help you out. Let me know how you get on

Hey Jyla, thanks for the comment. Good question. you could try and test it on your local server by using localhost. You will need something like winamp to make this happen, but you can down load winamp for free. Not 100% sure as i have never tested it with out it being live of some kind. damn thought i posted this already but must have forgot to press post comment…..thanks for the script Ali and shout out to form2email team for their work…..i have a question though and here goes….can i test this on local machine cos i dont want to get a webhost untill the site is complete and ready to upload
which may be a while yet lol, trying to juggle time for design of 4 sites and full time day job.

Yeh the form is an actual html page the only thing that is php is the actual script. So you can have an html page and just set up a form direct to go to the php page. hope this makes sense

This is great, can you attach this to html? or leave it as php and then link to the page?

Look for the line that has this in the php file
$subject = “FormToEmail Comments”;
on mine it is on line 193 in design view
change FormToEmail Comments to what you want it to say. let me know how you get on
would the subject always have to be Form Email Comments when someone sends an email to you using that form?? If I put in a field called subject,is there anyway I could have what that person fills in in that field as the subject name in the email I receive??
